Zero Balancing

This touch technique, a combination of Western and Eastern medicine was developed by a US osteopath and acupuncturist, Dr Fritz Smith, in 1975.

It attempts to balance body energy and musculo-skeletal structure by using finger pressure and sustained stretching exercises, to release tension held deep within the body.

Treatment aims to promote a smooth flow of energy within the body, improve posture and induce a sense of harmony which facilitates the body's own self-healing capabilities.

Zero Balancing is especially useful in treating the following health conditions:
anxiety, back pain, chronic pain, depression, stress.

You are recommended to seek advice of a qualified health practitioner. To find a qualified practitioner in your area look in the Practitioner Directory.
